
Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned lead generation professional to drive business growth by identifying and engaging key decision-makers.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns across multiple channels, including email, LinkedIn, SMS, and phone.
- Maintain high-quality connections and optimize messaging for maximum impact.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to secure 12+ qualified meetings per month.
- Utilize industry-leading tools such as Apollo.io and LinkedIn to source and engage HR leaders, Directors, and VPs.
- Personalize messaging using platforms like Instantly and test subject lines and CTAs for optimal results.
- Engage in regular outreach activity, logging interactions and meetings in Salesforce, ensuring accurate lead tracking.
- Work closely with the Recruiting team to ensure seamless handoffs and successful conversions.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in recruiting, staffing, or similar fields.
- Excellent written English and persuasive cold messaging skills.
- Familiarity with multichannel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) and confidence in making calls to U.S.-based prospects.
- Proficiency in CRMs like Salesforce and ability to work in a data-driven environment.
- High level of coachability, competitiveness, and performance focus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in healthcare, recruiting, or staffing industries.
- Experience with Apollo.io and Instantly for prospecting and personalization.
