
Prospecting Manager

We are seeking a strategic and relationship-focused Embedded Partnership Specialist to support the launch of our marketing initiatives. This role involves qualifying prospects for our premium staff augmentation services, educating potential clients about the benefits of our partnership model, and setting high-quality discovery calls for our CEO.
Primary Responsibilities:- Qualify prospects using our systematic scoring framework
- Assess prospect infrastructure readiness
- Educate prospects on the benefits of our service offerings
- Articulate the value of our partnership model
- Address common objections related to outsourcing, quality, and communication concerns
- Schedule high-quality discovery calls with our CEO for qualified prospects
- Provide comprehensive prospect briefings
- Maintain detailed prospect tracking in CRM systems
- Update lead scores and qualification status
Target Metrics:
- Daily Qualification Calls: 8-12 prospect conversations
- Weekly Qualified Leads: 15-20 prospects advancing to discovery calls
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Proven ability to conduct consultative conversations
- BPO/Staffing Industry Experience Preferred
- Rapid Career Advancement: Potential progression to Account Executive role as the sales team expands
