Our team plays a crucial role in providing technical support and mentorship to learners across our platforms.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, guiding learners through foundational learning materials, and providing support in key areas such as networking, Linux, and Windows systems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide general and technical support via chat and email.
- Offer technical support for networking, Linux, and Windows systems.
- Mentor learners by providing guidance on foundational learning materials.
- Grade exams for certifications, ensuring accuracy and fairness.
- Test and validate products, lab systems, and features to ensure quality and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and drive successful outcomes.
- Take initiative in developing processes that enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
- BS Degree in Computer Science or Information Security.
- Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, Linux, and Windows systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills.
- Experience in guiding or mentoring individuals in cybersecurity subjects.
This is a full-time salaried position with flexible shift work schedule, including evenings and weekends.
