Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-centric Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our customers.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues via phone, email, and chat. You will analyze problems, identify solutions, and communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met.

You will also have the opportunity to work independently in a fast-paced environment, multitasking across systems and applications. We value strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to adapt to new technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of Office 360 and experience with Zendesk or similar platforms
  • Ability to meet minimum typing speed of 40 WPM while chatting with customers
