Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to handle liaison work, comprising fieldwork and office tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, and be proficient in Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate collaboration and partnerships with stakeholders
  • Handle liaison work, including fieldwork and office tasks
  • Provide administrative support across various departments
Requirements
  • Graduate of any four-year course; preferably Social Work or Communication/Business-related degree
  • At least one year work experience as Administrative Assistant or in a related field
  • Willing to do fieldwork to liaise with government agencies or entities
  • Strong English communication abilities (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Team player, creative, and resourceful
  • Female; Preferably residing in Quezon City or near work location
