Job Title: Quality Management Professional

This role entails leading the quality function across a portfolio of engagements. The professional will be responsible for ensuring adherence to quality frameworks and identifying areas for improvement.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management strategies to improve overall quality performance.
  • Collaborate with process owners to identify and address internal pain areas in client processes.
  • Implement process control measures to achieve stability and consistent delivery.
  • Establish and maintain quality measurement methods to track and improve scores.
  • Manage client relationships and participate in engagement reviews to provide quality-specific performance reports.
  • Conduct verification audits to identify gaps with respect to QMS and raise CARs.
  • Drive ideation to identify opportunities for improvement in the account and lead small/medium-size projects.
  • Monitor SLA performance, conduct analysis, and drive visualization initiatives.
  • Provide training and appraisal feedback to direct reports and ensure employees are engaged and attrition is under control.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree graduate in any field.
  • Professional experience in leadership in a quality department in a shared service or BPO environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification, Lean certification, and/or ISO required.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and willingness to work on shifting schedules.

Certifications & Competence:
  • Green Belt Lean Six Sigma Certified.
  • Trained in Black Belt Certification (a plus).
  • ISO 9001 Exposure.
