Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to lead our team in delivering complex projects from initiation to close. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing multiple concurrent projects, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and staying within budget.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects ensuring timely completion and quality delivery
  • Create high-level project plans that capture business cases, scope, timeline, RACI, and resource requirements
  • Collaborate with IT leadership to develop and monitor project budgets and resources
  • Work with stakeholders to gather detailed project requirements and ensure overall quality of delivery
  • Facilitate working sessions with project team members to develop detailed project schedules
  • Monitor and report on project status using standardized templates and forms
  • Identify and manage potential risks and issues to develop mitigation or remediation plans
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in managing complex IT projects
  • Advanced knowledge of business analysis principles, techniques, and tools
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP Certification
  • Experience managing projects in the healthcare industry
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced IT environment with multiple priorities
  • Demonstrate solid communication skills when interacting with all levels of the organization
