Job Title: Quality Excellence Manager

Overview

This position is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and auditing a sampling of inbound and/or outbound calls and other contact methods to ensure quality excellence.

  • Monitor and evaluate call samples to identify areas for improvement
  • Report results of evaluations to stakeholders to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with teams to implement improvements and best practices
Responsibilities

The Quality Excellence Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading quality audits and implementing improvements
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of client products, services, and program strategies
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to achieve performance expectations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
  • Experience with process improvement and change management
  • Knowledge of quality metrics and reporting tools
