As a Senior Quality Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our customer interactions.

Job Summary

This is an entry-level position that requires minimal prior experience. You will acquire the necessary skills to perform routine tasks under close supervision or clearly defined procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and monitor inbound and/or outbound calls and other customer contact methods for accuracy and adherence to established quality standards.
  • Provide insights to customers to contribute to program performance improvements based on assessments of quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scoring consistency and best practices.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of client products, services, and/or program strategies.
  • Meet departmental productivity requirements and complete phone time to stay current on programs.
Candidate Profile

We are seeking candidates with:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field from a four-year college or university.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • The ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverables.
