- Cold Outreach:
- Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to engage potential clients.
- Personalize communication to address client pain points and align with their needs.
- Follow-Up:
- Execute timely follow-ups with prospects to nurture leads.
- Use CRM tools to track follow-up schedules and manage pipelines.
- Cold Outreach:
- Appointment Setting:
- Book Qualified Appointments:
- Schedule meetings between qualified leads and yourself.
- Ensure decision-makers are involved in meetings.
- Prepare for Meetings:
- Provide meeting participants with key information about the prospect.
- Share client pain points, hiring needs, and other relevant details.
- Book Qualified Appointments:
- Meeting Attendance and Lead Conversion:
- Attend Meetings:
- Participate in scheduled meetings to introduce services, answer initial questions, and clarify offerings.
- Represent the company professionally, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Convert Leads:
- Qualify prospects during meetings and determine their readiness to move forward.
- Guide interested clients toward signing contracts or proceeding with the next sales stage.
- Attend Meetings:
- Pipeline Management:
- Update CRM:
- Log all activities, communications, and meeting outcomes in the CRM system.
- Track lead progress and ensure accurate reporting of key metrics.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team:
- Provide detailed handoffs for leads ready to close.
- Share insights and feedback to improve outreach and meeting strategies.

- Weekly Reporting:
