We are seeking skilled and experienced professionals to fill the role of Lead Generation Specialist. As a member of our team, you will play a critical part in driving business growth through strategic lead generation and client development.
- Minimum 1 year of verified experience as an Appointment Setter or Lead Generation Specialist, preferably with international clientele
- Exceptional English communication abilities, encompassing both written and verbal proficiency
- Strong interpersonal skills, facilitating effective interactions with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in utilizing lead generation software and leveraging online marketing channels
- Familiarity with contemporary technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP
- Competence in using word-processing software and spreadsheets, such as MS Office
- Understanding of online calendar platforms and scheduling tools, such as Google Calendar
- Outstanding phone, email, and instant messaging communication proficiencies
- Technologically adept with a proactive approach to tasks and challenges
- Able to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers and clients through rapport building and positive interactions.
- Source potential sales leads from various channels (e.g., social media, referrals, events, online platforms).
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to integrate leads into impactful campaigns.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales prospecting database or CRM system.
- Communicate effectively with leads via email, SMS, and phone calls to facilitate progress and maintain relationships.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and industry benchmarks to inform lead quality assessments and conversion rate monitoring.
- Implement criteria to evaluate lead quality and optimize conversion rates.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks as required.
- English Communication Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal skills, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Lead Generation Software: Proficient in utilizing software to drive lead generation and client development.
- Contemporary Technologies: Familiarity with desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP.
- MS Office and Spreadsheets: Competent in using word-processing software and spreadsheets.
- Google Calendar and Scheduling Tools: Understanding of online calendar platforms and scheduling tools.
