
HR Process Coordinator

At TaskUs, we are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated professional to join our team as a People Operations Coordinator. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the HR function by assisting with various people operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for all employees across the organization.
- Provide support to employee questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service and considering how to innovate and advance our People Operations backbone.
- Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
- This role will be part of a global team spanning multiple regions, specifically focused on delivering new hire orientation and onboarding sessions.
- Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence in our HRIS system.
- Manage employee data in our HRIS system while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Implement rigorous QA processes for all data entry tasks.
- Develop automation of HR processes in our HRIS system to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
- Ownership of the People Confluence space and Human Resources Google drive, ensuring documents are up-to-date and accurate.
- Maintain the People Ops playbook with documented processes and links.
- Administer Lattice, including Surveys, RAD Review Cycles, Impact Conversations, and report on people initiatives as required.
- Triage Zendesk tickets within 24 hours, ensuring prompt response times.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions, and performance management processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software.
