Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Post job openings on various platforms and manage candidate applications.
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist with the interview process.
  • Prepare and process new hire paperwork and conduct initial orientation.
  • Maintain and update employee records and files accurately and confidentially.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Support the implementation of employee engagement and wellness programs.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Assist with the administration of payroll, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Generate HR reports and maintain a well-organized HR filing system (both physical and digital).
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, meetings, and company events.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • General Duties:
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support performance management processes and documentation.
  • Handle other administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR administrative or similar support role is a plus.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations (e.g., Department of Labor and Employment in the Philippines) is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS is preferred.

Pay: Php13, Php15,000.00 per month
