HR Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Post job openings on various platforms and manage candidate applications.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist with the interview process.
- Prepare and process new hire paperwork and conduct initial orientation.
- Maintain and update employee records and files accurately and confidentially.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Support the implementation of employee engagement and wellness programs.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with the administration of payroll, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Generate HR reports and maintain a well-organized HR filing system (both physical and digital).
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, meetings, and company events.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- General Duties:
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance management processes and documentation.
- Handle other administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR administrative or similar support role is a plus.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations (e.g., Department of Labor and Employment in the Philippines) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS is preferred.
