As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our HR functions.

Job Description:

The US HR Admin Coordinator role involves providing high-quality administrative support to our HR department. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless documentation processes, accurate tracking, and timely compliance filings.

You will maintain and update our HRIS and personnel files with precision and confidentiality, utilizing systems such as BambooHR and Paycor. Additionally, you will assist in coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, background checks, I-9 compliance, and exit interviews.

Your responsibilities will also include responding to employee inquiries, monitoring the HR inbox, and tracking training, performance evaluations, and employee documentation. Furthermore, you will support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts, generating HR reports, and assisting with audits and data integrity.

You will coordinate performance management processes and reviews, generate completion reports, and support managers and employees throughout the cycle. Your role will also involve supporting payroll processing in coordination with the Finance department and assisting Compliance and HR leadership with tracking attestations, reporting requirements, and data privacy adherence.

Special projects may arise, and you will be expected to adapt and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or HR/Admin supporting US-based companies
  • Hands-on experience with FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation, leave administration, and unemployment-related processes
  • Solid understanding of US federal and state labor laws and general HR practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, BambooHR, and ATS/HRIS platforms
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and attention to detail when handling confidential information
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Work Arrangement:

This position offers an Onsite with Remote Flexibility work basis. However, please note that this is a performance-based role, and the company reserves the right to require employees to report onsite at any time based on business needs, performance evaluations, operational requirements. Flexibility to transition to an office-based setup when necessary is expected.
