HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, scheduling interviews, conducting initial screenings, and preparing employment contracts.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires, ensuring a welcoming and engaging experience.
  • Assist in handling employee concerns, inquiries, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process government-mandated benefits and requirements (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and coordinate with relevant agencies.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, memos, and documentation.
  • Creatively plan and execute employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and HR events.
  • Suggest and implement creative improvements to HR processes, employee communications, and workplace initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
  • Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR or administrative roles is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging employee activities and communications.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
