About the role
Our company is seeking an enthusiastic HR Assistant to join our dynamic team in Mandaue City Cebu. In this full-time position, you will provide valuable support to the HR department, playing a crucial role in ensuring the effective day-to-day operations of our organization.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting with the administration of HR processes, including employee on boarding, payroll, benefits, and performance management
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
- Coordinating HR-related events, training sessions, and team-building activities
- Providing excellent customer service to employees and addressing their HR-related inquiries
- Supporting the HR team with general administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and managing correspondence
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and policies
What we're looking for
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and software
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and data
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is highly desirable, but not essential
- A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
