Leadership Opportunity

As a senior leader, you will oversee a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists, driving results and setting excellence standards.

The ideal candidate will be a consistent presence, reliable, and accountable, fostering a motivating environment and inspiring continuous improvement.

This role involves leading by example, performing every task, and setting a powerful example for the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists, providing direction and support.
  • Implement robust performance management strategies to evaluate and improve team member performance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to refine job descriptions, requisition processes, and compensation strategies.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Actively participate in the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Provide continuous development for the team through training, mentoring, and constructive feedback.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment leadership.
  • Strong understanding of performance management, proficiency with recruitment software, and excellent communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented, detail-focused, and driven to meet targets.
  • Available during USA business hours: Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m., and Fridays, 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
