Talent Acquisition Optimization

This role requires an experienced professional to oversee and optimize talent acquisition operations.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain efficient processes and workflows.

  • Manage and optimize applicant tracking systems and other technologies.

  • Ensure data accuracy within TA systems.

  • Oversee vendor relationships related to recruitment.

  • Coordinate logistics and events for recruitment activities.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.

  • Demonstrate expertise in managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer.

  • Have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, technologies, and analytics.

  • Show ability to manage budgets and track ROI.

  • Experience in developing employer branding initiatives.

  • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
