The RoleThis position serves as part of our Talent Acquisition Team, responsible for full-cycle recruitment to source, interview, and assess candidates across various industries and roles.
Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, sourcing platforms, social media, and other means
- Conducting interviews, screenings, and onboarding candidates across different functions by accurately matching high-quality candidates with job descriptions
- Managing initial candidate processing by verifying references, experience, and sending offer letters to ensure top-quality applicants
- Updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with the latest information regarding candidates, their stage, onboarding statuses, and talent pipelines, including updating account managers and other key stakeholders
- Collaborating with the Sourcing Team and Talent Acquisition Partners to diversify strategies for sourcing high-quality candidates in large volumes
- Debriefing candidates on job responsibilities, expectations, workflows, and routines they should follow
- Identifying opportunities to improve staffing, talent pipeline management, sourcing, and onboarding
- Regularly communicating with stakeholders about the progress of recruiting the best talent for assigned accounts
- Must have experience hiring virtual assistants or worked with a staffing agency offering virtual assistant services
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communication, English, or similar fields
- Proven experience in talent sourcing and hiring; recruitment marketing is an advantage
- Must have experience working as a full-cycle recruiter and sourcing high-quality candidates
- Must have experience sourcing through social media (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
- Must have experience working with at least one applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Used data to validate the success of hiring efforts
- Must have experience working with online meeting platforms (Google Meet, Zoom, or Skype)
- Strong calendar management skills and attention to detail
- Critical thinking skills, attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication in English
- A tech-savvy individual with a strong analytical mindset and ability to extrapolate big goals into specific actionable plans
- Confident, coachable, and enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Interested in tech, analytical work, startup companies, and working with people to build things
- Experience with software such as Discord, ClickUp, G-Suite, Zoho, or any applicant tracking system
