Whether you're a fresh graduate or have up to 6 months of sourcing/recruitment experience we want to hear from you This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast paced and supportive environment in the bpo industry.

What You'll Do

  • Source candidates through online job portals, social media, job fairs, and other channels
  • Conduct Paper screenings and pre-qualify applicants for various roles
  • Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to meet daily and weekly hiring targets
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and databases
  • Assist in organizing and executing recruitment drives and events

What We're Looking For

  • Open to fresh graduates or career shifters
  • With or without experience; 6 months of sourcing or recruitment experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with job posting platforms is an advantage
  • Willing to work in a fast paced and high volume hiring environment
  • Must be willing to work on-site
