We are looking for a detail-driven professional to join our talent acquisition team. This role is all about identifying top candidates, streamlining recruitment processes, and ensuring a smooth experience for both applicants and the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen resumes, cover letters, and initial interviews via Hireflix platform
  • Manage candidate communication and email correspondence
  • Keep recruitment records updated in HubSpot and Google Sheets database
  • Coordinate with managers and assistants to align on hiring needs
  • Contribute to SOPs, training resources, and team communication in Slack channel

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience required
  • 1–2 years of BPO customer service experience preferred
  • Familiarity with E-commerce or a strong interest to learn
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets software
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable individual
