Key Role in Partner Success

You will be a pivotal member of the Partner Success team, supporting the growth and expansion of our B2B travel commerce partners in Asia Pacific. As a key player, you will report directly to the VP of Partner Success, focusing on executing strategic plans, driving engagement, and ensuring partners are fully equipped to thrive with our platform.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Partner Success strategy for HTS Commerce, maximizing partner satisfaction, driving adoption of additional travel products, and increasing overall revenue performance.
  • Lead the onboarding, enablement, and day-to-day engagement for Korean-speaking partners, acting as their advocate within the organization.
  • Drive the adoption of new products, features, and upsell opportunities across our travel commerce platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues, ensure smooth operations, and deliver an exceptional partner experience.
  • Utilize analytical tools and data to monitor product performance, assess customer feedback, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings.

Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Business-level fluency in Korean and English (required).
  • Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in travel, e-commerce, SaaS, or working with Korean clients or partners is highly desirable.
