Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Affiliate Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of successfully managing and scaling affiliate partnerships.

","Key Responsibilities
  • Source, onboard, and manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, and brands.
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations to optimize affiliate performance.
  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns focused on maximizing return on investment (ROI).
  • Build reports using internal data to track and optimize affiliate performance.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and identify emerging KOLs.
  • Implement SEO/backlink strategies to enhance online presence.
","Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with verifiable results in managing affiliate/influencer partnerships.
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships that drive ROI.
  • Strong understanding of CPA models, conversion rates, LTV, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
  • Fluent English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Spanish as a second language is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Experience in crypto, fintech, CFD, or trading is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects.
