Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Partnerships Development Specialist to drive strategic partnerships that fuel customer acquisition, product adoption, and revenue growth.

This role involves identifying lucrative opportunities, negotiating favorable deals, and cultivating relationships that expand our ecosystem.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize high-impact partnership opportunities with top-tier agencies, platforms, SaaS providers, affiliates, influencers, and enterprise accounts.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners, managing outreach, negotiations, and deal execution.
  • Structure, negotiate, and close partnership agreements that deliver measurable business value (customer acquisition, revenue, or retention).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop joint go-to-market strategies and co-marketing campaigns with partners.
  • Work closely with product and development teams to support partner integrations and ensure seamless technical implementation.
  • Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in SaaS or growth-stage tech companies.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling partnerships that generate tangible business impact.
  • Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically to deliver results.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology, SaaS ecosystems, and B2B growth strategies.
