Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
