Job Title: Customer Service Advocate

Job Description:We are seeking a Customer Service Advocate to join our team. As a Customer Service Advocate, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing support and assistance via phone, email, and chat.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing professional and efficient customer service, ensuring that all customer inquiries are responded to in a timely and accurate manner
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and empathetic manner
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
