Decentralised Finance Opportunity

We are seeking experienced technical professionals who will complement our team of diverse and talented support crew.

You will get to explore emerging technologies in the high-demand Crypto/Blockchain industry and influence our ways of working within a collaborative environment.

As a true community advocate, you will manage and assist user inquiries on all platforms using available information.

  • You will be involved in understanding our business, impact on the market, and contributing to the progression and innovation of our processes.
  • You will serve as an escalation point for our community/customer experience in high touch escalations and platform incidents.
  • You will be accountable for managing ticketed query systems and ensuring comprehensive databases of queries and resolutions are kept up to date.
  • You will exercise critical thinking skills by establishing root causes of application errors and escalating serious concerns to higher tier support groups.
  • You will contribute to continuously improving team tools and processes by performing analyses on software application functionality and suggesting enhancements.
Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in incident management, technical support and System Administration.
  • Knowledgeable in UNIX/Linux commands and functions.
  • Experience supporting dynamic cloud-environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments and stakeholders.
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet evolving needs of a high-growth organisation.
Highly Desirable Experiences
  • Knowledgeable in various UNIX/Linux commands and functions.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies including Linux/Unix, AWS, GCP or Azure.
  • Strong System Administration experience with knowledge of databases and database structures.
