
Customer Service Advocate

We are looking for a professional who can provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, online chat, and other channels.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Support customers with rental bookings, changes or cancellations.
- Deliver prompt solutions for customer inquiries and improve their overall experience.
Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Confident, organized, analytical, and excellent communication skills.
- Good level of numeracy and literacy skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
