
Customer Service Advocate

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative Entry Level to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in English, both written and verbal.
This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support to valued clients via phone, email, and other communication channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering and responding to customer inquiries and concerns, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, and maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Proficient in English: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and converse in English fluently.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in computer systems and various software applications, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met.
