
Customer Advocate Representative

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships over the entire customer lifecycle.

- Prior experience working in customer service or sales preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and demonstrated ability to learn new technology.
- Aptitude to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
