Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- College/University graduate with a degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role with a strong focus on customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
