Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems

Requirements and Qualifications
  • College/University graduate with a degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role with a strong focus on customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
