Customer Experience Partner

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Partner to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

The Customer Experience Partner will be responsible for providing best-in-class customer experience to clients by ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely responses and resolutions to clients' day-to-day requests and inquiries. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives
  2. Escalate complex requests and inquiries to the appropriate team in a timely manner by constantly monitoring systems
  3. Provide quick turnaround time for urgent and straightforward day-to-day requests of clients in line with digital campaigns
  4. Liaise with external partners to acquire necessary details for artwork issues and requests of clients
  5. Collaborate with different teams to ensure timely deployment of campaigns
  6. Attend to helpdesk phone calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
