Executive Assistant for Remote - Hybrid Set-up

Job Overview

MySigrid is seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to support our team in a remote-hybrid set-up. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, be proficient in MS Office and web-based applications, and have strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with research, preparation of presentations, data entry, maintenance and monitoring of memberships, online accounts, and bills payable.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and anticipate others' needs.
  • Work efficiently, think clearly, and solve tasks accurately under pressure.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  2. 1-2 years' experience in an administrative role in any industry.
  3. Candidates with BPO experience are an advantage.
  4. High level of spoken and written business English: the ability to use the language fluently and accurately on all levels and as normally pertinent to professional needs; the ability to understand and participate in conversations within the range of one's personal and professional experience with fluency and precision.
