We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our senior leadership team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative services, with experience in calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance to senior leaders, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
- Draft, edit, and format high-quality documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Maintain organized and easily accessible filing systems for contracts, project documentation, and corporate records.
- Manage email and phone correspondence with professionalism and discretion, acting as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams.

Requirements:- Minimum 2.5-5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain detailed records, and uphold deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the tact and professionalism required for client-facing correspondence.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining alignment with executive priorities.
