About Our Partnership Development Role

We are seeking a highly skilled partnership development professional to drive growth in our B2B/B2C platform. This role focuses on expanding high-end furniture and premium food suppliers, nurturing commercial partnerships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing supplier relationships from initial outreach to ongoing support, ensuring a smooth product flow and premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure new suppliers by negotiating supply agreements.
  • Onboard new suppliers, maintaining complex pricing structures.
Operational Excellence:
  • Coordinate logistics for efficient delivery of products.
  • Monitor day-to-day operations for seamless customer experiences.
Performance Reporting:
  • Analyze key business metrics, including profit margins and COGS.
  • Presentation and reporting of performance insights to management.
Ideal Candidate Profile:Experience:
  • Proven procurement or supplier management experience in e-commerce or retail environments.
Skills:
  • Negotiation and communication skills for professional relationships.
  • Analytical skills with data analysis capabilities.
  • E-commerce operations knowledge and proficiency in using spreadsheets and CRM tools.
