We are seeking a highly skilled partnership development professional to drive growth in our B2B/B2C platform. This role focuses on expanding high-end furniture and premium food suppliers, nurturing commercial partnerships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing supplier relationships from initial outreach to ongoing support, ensuring a smooth product flow and premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and secure new suppliers by negotiating supply agreements.
- Onboard new suppliers, maintaining complex pricing structures.
- Coordinate logistics for efficient delivery of products.
- Monitor day-to-day operations for seamless customer experiences.
- Analyze key business metrics, including profit margins and COGS.
- Presentation and reporting of performance insights to management.
- Proven procurement or supplier management experience in e-commerce or retail environments.
- Negotiation and communication skills for professional relationships.
- Analytical skills with data analysis capabilities.
- E-commerce operations knowledge and proficiency in using spreadsheets and CRM tools.
- A highly organized and detail-oriented professional with problem-solving mindset.
- A team player who can work effectively independently in an offshore capacity.
