Job Summary

As the Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. You will lead sales efforts across EOR, PEO, and outsourcing services, targeting SMEs, startups, and international companies looking to expand their operations through reliable offshore support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key markets and industries.

  • Client Acquisition: Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospects, convert leads into clients, and exceed revenue targets.

  • Solution Selling: Clearly articulate the value proposition of our EOR, PEO, and outsourcing services, tailoring solutions to client needs.

  • Partnership Development: Cultivate relationships with potential channel partners, consultants, and intermediaries to widen our reach.

  • Market Intelligence: Monitor trends in global employment, outsourcing, and compliance to position the company competitively.

  • Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare client presentations, proposals, and work closely with legal and operations teams for deal closures.

  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams including Operations, HR, and Compliance to ensure smooth client onboarding and retention.

  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, activities, and opportunities using CRM tools.
