Strategic Partnership Manager - Travel Commerce

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team and drive the success of our travel commerce partners. As a key member of our Partner Success team, you will support the growth and development of our B2B travel commerce partners across various products.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for partner success, focusing on maximizing partner satisfaction, driving adoption of additional travel products, and increasing overall revenue performance.
  • Lead onboarding, enablement, and day-to-day engagement for Korean-speaking partners, serving as their advocate within our organization.
  • Promote adoption of new products, features, and upsell opportunities across our travel commerce platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues, ensure smooth operations, and deliver an exceptional partner experience.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to monitor product performance, assess customer feedback, and make informed decisions to optimize product offerings.

Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Business-level fluency in Korean and English required.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in travel, e-commerce, SaaS, or working with Korean clients or partners is highly valued.
