Job Overview

The Australian Outsource Desk Inc. is seeking a skilled Account Relationship Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring timely and successful delivery of services.
  • B.build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Understand client needs and develop strategies to meet their business goals, driving account growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations professionally.
  • Monitor account performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose solutions to drive business results.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services, expanding revenue streams and enhancing customer value.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to provide informed advice and guidance to clients, positioning ourselves as trusted advisors.
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, client services, or a similar role.
    • Proven experience managing client accounts in relevant industries is preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, prioritizing tasks effectively.
    • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
    • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with a customer-oriented mindset and focus on building trust.
    • High level of professionalism and integrity, with adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Preferred but not required: Experience in the Australian market or knowledge of Australian business practices is a plus.
