Job Description

Neksjob is seeking a skilled Key Account Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining existing relationships with key clients.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold-calling, email, and other sales strategies.
  • Present new or additional products and services to existing customers to increase revenue and expand market share.
  • Work closely with account managers to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Send regular reports on sales activity, account status, and potential issues to management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to queries and ensuring follow-up communication.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Basic knowledge of sales software and tools.
