At Australian Outsource Desk Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Client Account Development Manager to join our team. This role involves nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving account growth.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in managing client accounts in relevant industries. As a Client Account Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Understanding client needs and developing strategies to meet their business goals.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
  • Handling client inquiries, concerns, and escalations professionally.
  • Monitoring account performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and proposing solutions.
  • Preparing and presenting regular reports on account status and performance metrics.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.

In return, you can expect a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as additional leave, company Christmas gift, company events, free parking, and health insurance.

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday with guaranteed morning shifts and fixed weekends off. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop your skills in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
