Telecommunications Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecommunications Account Manager to join our team at Neksjob. This role will be responsible for promoting and selling telecommunications products and services to both new and existing customers, driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service.
About the Role:- Promote and sell telecommunications products and services to new and existing customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings.
- Customer Engagement: Actively engage with potential customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings, to promote telecommunications products and services.
- Solution Selling: Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions, including mobile, internet, and bundled services.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of telecommunications offerings.
- Account Management: Process customer orders and assist with account management, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support sales initiatives and resolve customer issues.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts related to telecommunications products.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Competitive base salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
