About Our Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Support Expert. This individual will play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our customers, addressing their technical challenges and ensuring their online success.

  • You will provide expert support via live chat and tickets, exceeding customer expectations through clear and actionable guidance.
  • As a member of our team, you will contribute to various projects that enhance the customer experience, based on evolving needs and requirements.
  • You will be responsible for enhancing our AI Assistant to deliver smarter and more intuitive support, improving the overall customer experience.
  • To excel in this role, you will need to stay current with Hostinger product updates, services, features, and web hosting technologies to effectively assist customers.
  • You will also be expected to identify areas for improvement within your work, team, and department, proactively implementing changes to drive growth and excellence.

Key Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (C1 or native), written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in tech or SaaS environments, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A solid understanding of web hosting fundamentals, including domains, DNS, emails, control panels, and website troubleshooting.
