We're seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support group, you will deliver high-quality responses to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
This role involves working closely with clients across various industries, providing technical service and support. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and professional with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to inbound and support-related inquiries in real-time.
- Open and monitor tickets, escalating internally as needed.
- Provide guidance on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) best practices.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills: verbal, written, and reading.
- 4+ years of experience in customer support.
- 3+ years of hands-on Shopify experience.
- Familiarity with CRM/ticketing systems and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
- A proactive and customer-first mindset with the ability to problem-solve and provide thoughtful responses.
