Join a dynamic team where you will provide exceptional support to our Enterprise clients. As a Provisioning Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless adoption and utilization of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate billing, quoting, and licensing support for internal sales teams and external customers.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with new systems, processes, and product offerings to deliver expert-level support and insights.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance, to drive a unified customer experience.
  • Embody a growth mindset, identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommending innovative solutions to enhance our support services.
Requirements:
  • Proven background in providing top-notch customer and sales support across various channels, including direct and indirect sales.
  • Strong foundation in customer service, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to convey complex technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Experience in creating quotes and managing end-to-end order processes is essential.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to articulate technical issues clearly and concisely.
  • Capacity to multitask effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in high-pressure situations.
  • Able to identify areas for improvement and propose practical solutions to optimize our support operations.
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and a willingness to adapt quickly to changing demands.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, Salesforce, and software billing and licensing is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with Atlassian products, particularly Jira Service Desk and Confluence, would be an asset.
  • Background in enterprise software or related industries is beneficial.
  • Process improvement and project management expertise can contribute to the success of this role.
