AppSheet Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide expert-level technical assistance for AppSheet development and integration.

This role requires providing top-notch support for AppSheet applications, including troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing functionality. You will work closely with clients to design, develop, and optimize low-code solutions using AppSheet.

• Application Support: Provide timely and effective support for AppSheet applications, ensuring seamless performance and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Solution Development: Collaborate with clients to design, develop, and optimize low-code solutions using AppSheet, leveraging your expertise in data structures, automation, and workflow optimization.
• Integration and Troubleshooting: Ensure proper integration of Google Sheets and other data sources with AppSheet, identifying and resolving formula errors, automation issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• User Education: Guide users on best practices for structuring data and building scalable applications, providing valuable insights and expertise.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in AppSheet development or technical support.
• Technical Skills:
  • AppSheet and Google Sheets Proficiency: Strong proficiency in AppSheet and Google Sheets, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong Troubleshooting Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Data Structures and Automation: Familiarity with data structures, automation, and workflow optimization, with the ability to apply this knowledge to real-world scenarios.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to clients and stakeholders.
  • Independent Work Style: Ability to work independently, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Critical Thinking: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.

Prior experience with Google Apps Script or other automation tools is highly desirable, as is knowledge of APIs and integrations with third-party platforms.
