The main responsibilities of this position include preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts to ensure compliance with terms and scope. This involves verifying contract terms, scope coverage, and inclusions/exclusions to guarantee accuracy and completeness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage subcontractor and supplier contracts to ensure compliance with terms and scope.
  • Verify contract terms, scope coverage, and inclusions/exclusions for accuracy and completeness.
  • Review and compare contractor quotes and scopes to ensure accurate evaluation and selection.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of contractor pricing and project-related documentation for easy reference.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract terms, scopes, and construction documentation. They should also be proficient in Bluebeam for drawing review, takeoffs, and documentation. Additionally, they should have excellent numerical and analytical skills for error-free work.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in contract administration or project support within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with construction management software.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for effective collaboration.
