Job Title: Contract Administrator

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage the contract lifecycle, including reviewing Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and supporting proposal development and submission.
  • The successful candidate will oversee management and processing of all contractual obligations, maintaining contractual files, contract status, reporting, modifications, etc.
  • This role involves providing continual review of contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively communicate contractual requirements with business units and departments.
  • Demonstrated experience working with subcontractors is highly desirable.
  • The selected candidate will also be responsible for reviewing and negotiating agreements, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), teaming agreements, subcontracts, etc.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of ten years' experience in contract administration.
  • Certifications: Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
  • TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly required.
