As a seasoned Contract Management professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless contract administration and negotiation with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review sales contracts, discuss variations and time frames with internal partners, apply changes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Negotiate contract terms with external partners, analyze potential risks and ensure cost reduction while maintaining profitability.
  • Review and update existing contracts, explain terms and conditions to senior management and interested parties, and ensure employee understanding and compliance.
  • Analyze legislative changes, coordinate with the legal department as needed, and ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met.
  • Maintain an organized system of digital records.
About You
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or relevant role, preferably with a legal background.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including staff, managers, and external partners.
