Technical Support Expert

A technical support expert is responsible for providing hands-on troubleshooting, feature explanation, and best practice guidance to our clients.

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, providing support to customers, partners, and colleagues through various channels. The ideal candidate must maintain composure, exhibit professionalism, and deliver exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software systems.
  • Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot problems to maintain productivity.
  • Test computer components to ensure system functionality.
  • Help design and implement networks.
  • Consult with users to determine hardware and software needs.
  • Maximize computer systems capabilities by studying technical applications.
  • Test compatibility of new programs with existing ones.
  • Gather data to identify technical purchasing options.
  • Evaluate vendor-supplied software.
  • Install software and necessary applications for workflow.
  • Train users on new software.
  • Maintain system capability by testing computer components.
  • Carry out performance tuning.
  • Document hardware and software updates.
Requirements:
  • Two years of technical support experience.
  • General knowledge of web-based and mobile apps.
