Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring the success of our clients. Your passion for technology and excellent communication skills will enable you to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support and customer service, with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in handling high-volume tickets, phone calls, and chats.

You will be responsible for maintaining clear and concise communication with customers, team members, and engineers, while staying up-to-date on all client products, offerings, and integrations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support through various channels (phone, chat, ticket) to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Identifying bugs, testing, reproducing, reporting, and collaborating with escalation engineers to assist with fixes and test/verify versions.
  • Creating documentation and training material for external and internal support center content.
  • Maintaining positive communication and follow-ups with customers, team members, and engineers.

Preferred qualifications include experience with H.323 and SIP protocols, PBX systems, network management, and programming skills such as mobile app development and REST API usage.
